This lovely house is a great find! The owners developed the property from a hunting cabin in the 1980’s to create a large family home, set in a mature Mediterranean-style garden. The house is spacious and bright, with a versatile layout, a large swimming pool (10.5m x 5.5m) and plenty of space for outdoor living.
Heating is provided by heat pumps, which also provide air-conditioning in the summer. It is well-insulated and double-glazed.

A long cypress-lined drive leads from the electric gates, through the wooded grounds, to two parking areas and the double garage. The house is south-facing with a long terrace overlooking the garden and with a distant view of the Pyrenees.

The front door leads into a welcoming entrance hall, with cloakroom. The bedroom wing lies to the left and the main living space to the right.
