Lovely old stone semi-detached property comprising a four bed main house of almost 180m² living space, a second house of 65m² living space, a 3rd house to completely renovate of 77.5m² potential living space plus attic, attached barn of 115m² floor space, courtyard of 85m² and non-attached garden of 250m². Total plot size is 631m².

Going through the front door takes you into an entrance hallway (9m²). This room has access to the salon (24.5m²) with wood burner on the left, dining room (18m²) on the right, bathroom (4m²) with shower and WC in front of you as well as a staircase leading to the first floor. Going through the dining room leads to the kitchen (18m²) which also has a lovely stone fireplace with a Godin wood burner and access to the barn behind the house as well as another door with street access. There is also a second staircase to the first floor in the kitchen however not used at present.

The first floor has a corridor running the length of the house with a large bedroom (19.5m²) at one end and the second bathroom (3m²) with bath and WC at the other. Between them are three other bedrooms (14m², 12m² and 11m²) . Large windows let in plenty of natural light and all have wooden shutters. The house is connected to mains drains.

The barn (115m² floor space and 7m high ceiling) is attached to the back of the house and has a hard stone floor. Separated into two areas, each with their own access doors, is it mainly used for storage and workshop space with the heating oil fuelled boiler and oil tank at the far end.

Outside is a gated courtyard (85m²) with well (source water) that separates the main house and barn from the other two buildings.

The smaller second house (65m²) has had its roof redone very recently and has been renovated to create a brocante. it could continue to be used as a brocante (the vendor is happy to include some stock) or could be renovated to transform it back into a lovely cottage that could be used for family & friends or as a gite. It has electric radiators.

The third house is larger (77.5m²) and has great potential yet needs complete renovation. The roof has been done and is in good condition and there are plenty of character features, including wood beams and two large stone fireplaces, that would add rural charm were it to be renovated. This could even be rented out as a gite for a modest income.

The garden is about 20m from the house. At a higher level than the lane running through the village, it is fully enclosed, mainly lawn with some fruit trees and has a couple of small outbuildings.

A lovely old stone village centre property with income potential and within walking distance to amenities.
