This villa, built in 1996, is on the edge of the village in a pleasant housing estate, with views between the greenery of a wooded slope, over the surrounding hills and vineyards. The entrance to the house is by the main living area, which comprises living, dining and kitchen areas in an L-shaped room of nearly 43m². It has a fireplace with a wood-burning insert, and faces south, north towards the view and the pool, and east towards the outside dining area. The fitted kitchen has white panelled doors and looks out towards the view! There are also three glazed double doors, facing south and east.
From here a corridor leads to the family bathroom on the right, with shower, WC, bidet, basin, linen cupboard and washing machine. Next to this is a separate WC, and opposite, a cupboard. At the end are three double bedrooms of 12.2m², 12.55m² and 14.13m². One has a large fitted wardrobe, and the largest has a shower, basin and small dressing area, plus a lockable storeroom of 5.87m², which can also be accessed from the exterior.
The garage is 17.47m² (5.46 by 3.2m²). One can park in front of it and also at the side and behind the house on this side of the garden.
Air-conditioning was installed in the house in 2018 and it serves all the rooms. The whole house is double-glazed. The 8 by 4m heated pool was installed in 2006-7. Fibre optics have just been installed.
The village has two restaurants, one with a café, a new supermarket, a boulangerie/café, a medical centre, wine shop and post office. It is 7 km from Minerve, 10 km from the market town of Olonzac, 21 km from the nearest station and large supermarkets at Lézignan-Corbières, 24 km from Narbonne, 38 km from Béziers, 35 km from Carcassonne, (all three of these amazing historical towns have TGV stations), 42 km from the sea, and 117 km from Spain (an hour and 20 minutes).
