This pretty property is asking politely to be loved (again). It is more or less habitable with a few touch-ups (kitchen mostly) but of course it will need morello make it he beautiful home it can become.
There are plenty possibilities: make it an "upside-down house" because of the access to the high garden for instance. Bedrooms below, in the middle.
