With its eleventh century church, and eighteenth-century chateau Labbeville is a town of timeless character in a peaceful valley in the Vexin National Park. It lies just 35 km from the centre of Paris and 15 minutes’ drive to L’Isle-Adam with its famous market, supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

It looks as though it will be a fairly simple process to install a new water turbine to provide complete autonomy in electricity and revenue from excess production, however this will have to be confirmed by a competent engineer.
