When entering the property from the street level, there are 2 options for entering - the main door, or a door straight into the ski room - obviously the better choice when carrying equipment. Having deposited any shoes and/or equipment, you make your way into the impressive hallway with staircase area. Off this area on the ground floor, there are 3 very well-proportioned en-suite bedrooms (2 of which have access out onto this floor's terrace). The bathrooms throughout the property are finished to a very high leve, as you can see from the photos and virtual tours of the chalet.

Down on the lower ground level, there are 2 additional en-suite bedrooms, plus the bunk room with a separate bathroom. There is also a dance studio/fitness room and this even has a sauna and shower as part of it. Finally, there is a relaxation zone (could be made into a cinema room), laundry room and plant room on this level.

The top floor of the property houses the large living room with open fireplace and the vast kitchen/dining area, all of which have sensational views out in almost every direction. There are a number of balconies on this level and also the enormous outside terrace that has views both to the south (the Cochet mountain) and over to the Vallée des Encombres to the west (see 360° virtual tours for these sumptuous views).

The property comes with 6 parking spaces, and the amenities of the village are a very short walk away - including the nearest ski lift, which is around 50m from the chalet.

With its beautiful, cobbled streets and old buildings, St Martin de Belleville is a traditional village with tremendous charm as well as a gateway to explore the world’s largest ski area, the 3 Valleys. The Belleville Valley, in which Saint Martin sits, is an attractive place to own a mountain home with the summer and winter season’s activities and natural beauty equally as plentiful as well as a selection of fantastic restaurants, not to mention home to the renowned Michelin 3* restaurant ‘La Bouitte’.

Just 1 hour 20 minutes' drive (104 km) from Chambery Airport and 2 hours' drive (around 180 km) from Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble, with regular transfers running through the winter, Saint Martin is also very easily accessible.
