From the upstairs room, there is access to a large attic/storage space. This part of the building is a lovely usable space, with multiple possibilities as a separate gite (all dependant upon the usual permissions) or a craft studio.
There is also unattached meadow land totalling 4270m2, easily accessible on foot.
The septic tank system was replaced end 2018/2019. The windows and front door were replaced in 2011. The guttering was replaced in around 2000.
