The rooms are all very spacious and luminous, there are huge beams and wood flooring throughout.
To the front aspect each 1st floor room has access to the wood terrace balcony.
There has previously been an electricity connection, there is an old electric meter in the lounge area. Water is in place. It is not certain if there is a septic tank at the property, one will most likely have to be installed. There is an issue with the flooring to one ground floor room, the wood flooring has collapsed.
The adjoining barn is a large size, it is T shaped. There were recent roof tiles installed but since this time it would seem that there has been a storm resulting in many tiles being displaced. The recent main timber roof truss has rotted and collapsed/in the process of collapsing or would require heavy work.
