A wooden staircase leads us to the first floor where there is an open space currently used as an office. To the left is a hallway from which we can access three large bedrooms of 18, m2 and 14 m2. The top floor also has a bathroom and a separate toilet. The 83 m2 attic can be used for storage.
Heating is ensured thanks to the gas central heating (gas tank).
Outside the living area there are two attached barns totaling more than 100 m2 ground surface. There is another independent building open on one side and used as a summer kitchen. Also separate is the garage.

Châlus is a small market town less than a 10 minute drive away. It has an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants to meet your everyday needs, including a large modern supermarket. Châlus is also part of the Perigord-Limousin Regional National Park which has many places of interest and beautiful countryside. Bigger towns like Saint-Junien and Limoges are 28 and 40 minutes away respectively, the latter of which has an airport with regular UK connections.
