SUMMARY
It is not very often that we come across a gem like this. Not only do we have an attractive stone house for sale, we have 37 ACRES of land, far reaching stunning views, two further detached properties AND a huge restaurant and bar. Thanks to the hard work of the charming French owners who have built up a successful holiday business (but now wish to retire) we are able to offer you this outstanding business proposition at a very good price. Alternatively, the property would lend itself to other pursuits whether that is to realise a dream and own your own restaurant & bar or just to have your extended family around you. The property would also make an equestrian centre or for keeping horses as the present owners do. The possibilities are endless. The three properties are far enough apart to provide adequate privacy and each one has their own septic tank and did we mention those views!!
SITUATION
Nestling within grounds of 37 ACRES amongst the beautiful Thèze Valley it would be hard to find a better place that has as much to offer. Within half an hour there are several important Bastide Villages and a walkers paradise with the grande randonnée (Pilgrim route of St Jacques de Compostelle) the GR 652 and GR36 close by.

With so much land available here there are extensive lawns, and landscaped areas, play area for children and your very own forest too.
There is so much more to this property and the above is merely a taster, where else would you find 3 detached houses, your own restaurant & bar, swimming pool and 37 ACRES of land for this price - we recommend you arrange a viewing as soon as possible because opportunities like this do not come around often.

The Lot department, in the north of the Midi-Pyrénées, makes up much of the western part of the Massif Central mountain range. Foreign buyers and visitors have been increasingly drawn to the area in recent years thanks to its improved accessibility, which will only be improved further by the future Brive Gaillarde airport. The department is largely untouched with historical gems hidden among its fantastic landscapes.
Cahors is the department capital with a population of just over 21,000. The laid back way of life here reflects the relaxed atmosphere in the rest of the department. There is a great deal of spectacular medieval architecture on display in Cahors, both in its buildings and in the wonderfully preserved bridges that cross its rivers.
The Parc Naturel Regional des Causses covers a large proportion of the department. st Cirq Lapopie is a village not to be missed, perched on the edge of a cliff overhanging the Lot valley. The immense natural beauty of the area is complimented by the charming buildings and ancient ruins that make up this town.
Rocamadour is again situated in what looks like a precarious position on a cliff-top. In the past, pilgrims making their way to Compostella used the town as a stop off point. Today, visitors arrive from all over the world to take in the breathtaking views.
Gourdon, in the north east of the Lot, is the historical capital of the Bouriane region. It is positioned on the gentle slopes leading down to the Dordogne river and contains a number of medieval buildings. In the vicinity you'll be able to explore decorated prehistoric caves.
Rodez Airport is serviced by Ryanair, who run regular flights from London Stansted, and Toulouse airport is under 90 minutes away. Another option would be to fly into Limoges and travel down the A20.
The department has become very popular with international buyers, particularly families and retirees, thanks to its stunning architecture and scenery and reasonable property prices.
