This stunning 19th century montagnette has been recently renovated but retains all its original charm. Based in the tiny collection of similar hillside properties collectively called Pelozet, it is accessible in winter from the piste of the same name that leads from Les Menuires to St Martin de Belleville, and outside of the winter, the 4x4 track runs directly up to the property.

To access the property in the snow, you cut off the piste for around 500 metres through a very gentle off-piste descent, straight to the door of the property. To continue onwards, you have the choice to climb back up to the same piste (takes about 40 minutes carrying equipment or 15-20 minutes on skins) or to descend the gentle incline of the 4x4 track down to the village of Les Granges. In the summer, this same 4x4 track brings you directly to the property from Les Granges.

What makes this property even more attractive is the quality of the renovation work with double-glazed windows throughout, a new roof, good insulation and attractive woodwork. Plus, there is also running water inside the property (though this has to be turned off through the frozen winter months), a little petrol generator to power a phone charger or kettle or cafetière, and some furniture included within the sale.
