Heather Byrne Independent Agent, says :
This one bedroom apartment has been recently decorated and is situated in a well maintained block of apartments on the second floor. It is an excellent first time buy ski property for a couple or friends, but also a fantastic investment as it can easily be rented out.

Les Menuires is the least well-known, most French and most accessible resort in the Three Valleys. From the skier's point of view, this translates into mostly uncrowded pistes and short queues at the chairlifts. You can also ski the 'Itinéraires du Soleil' (which roughly translated means 'the sunshine path'), all day long on south and west-facing slopes to maximise your sun-tan!
Another good point for many is the fact that Les Menuires is such a nice family resort. It has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, a well-equipped sports centre (with indoor swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and squash court), outdoor swimming pool, cinema, night clubs and an ice skating rink.
In the summer, you can go walking, mountain-biking, fishing etc. This means that the apartment has great potential as a rental property, and you should have no trouble filling most of the weeks during the winter season. Les Menuires is about 30 minutes’ drive from Moutiers (where the Eurostar / TGV from London and Paris stop). Chambery is about 1.5 hours away and Lyon and Geneva airports are about 2.5 hours away. It is also just 10 hours’ drive from Calais and other ferry ports.
