Heather Byrne Independent Agent, says :
Tucked away in a small mountain hamlet with incredible charm and in close proximity to the ski lifts of the Three Valley ski area this little house will make an ideal rental property and lovely holiday home, or if you’re looking for a property to give you a first step on the ski property ladder this could be for you.

On the lower floor there is a double bedroom, and ensuite shower room and WC. Two little storage areas one of which is used for the washing machine. Climb the stairs to the kitchen/lounge/diner with pretty view from the window to the mountains.
Then carry on up to a large bedroom currently with 4 beds and a separate WC. Views from the window are across the valley and to the mountains beyond.
Under the house is a large but low cave with narrow access, good for storage and to keep your wine stocks. Adjoined to the house is a tiny sunny garden.
The hamlet is extremely pretty with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and feels remote and really hidden and yet, for the skiers, the lifts are just a few minutes’ drive away. The ski lifts at St Martin de Belleville, the nearest ski resort, link in to the vast Three Valleys ski area, one of the largest in Europe, with over 600kms of piste and a state of the art lift system.
The mountains provide a wonderful backdrop both winter and summer and this area is renowned for it’s local produce including Beaufort cheese and many local wines. A great location for walkers, mountain bikers as well as skiers and boarder.
