Enter the property. Ahead is a short corridor/ entrance hall. On the right is the living room, which has a stone fireplace windows to the front, side and rear of the property. Opposite the living room and to the left of the entrance hall is the laundry /central heating room with a separate toilet and a window to the front of the property. Beside this room is the fitted kitchen with eye level and floor units, a window to the rear garden and a built-in cupboard. The spiral stairs are located at this end of the corridor and has a door opening to the rear garden and a door to the (unexplored )cellar.
On the upper floor is a landing area with doors to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom, to the right has windows to the front and rear of the property. The original wooden flooring has been polished. A heating duct from the fireplace below warms the room. Bedroom 2 /office also has a window to the front and a polished wood floor.
