Construction of house:
Foundations 600mm x 300mm concrete foundations with 12 mm metal reinforcing cage concrete to 250 kgs.
The under ground walls built on top of the foundations to ground floor level are from 200 x 200mm x 500mm all through hollow blocks with 10 mm reinforcing bars up and across on each course filled with 250 kgs concrete vibrated.

This is then taped and jointed before a finish is applied which varies in each room to a structured plaster type finish, wallpaper and pine boards.
