Ste Foy village is the original Ste Foy and not to be confused with Ste Foy ski station which is a few km. further up the valley; a shuttle bus links the two in season. It remains an authentic all year round village with it’s own local restaurants, bars and shops. As well as access to Ste Foy station, the turn off to Villaroger is within the village (10 minutes by car to the chairlift) allowing access to all of Les Arcs, La Plagne, Paradiski. La Rosiere and Val d’Isère/Tignes are just a short drive away as are the village of Seez and the bustling town of Bourg St Maurice for a wider choice of amenities..
As well as access to world class skiing the area is fantastic in summer with lovely weather and a choice of activities including walking, cycling, mountain biking, parapenting, canoeing and white water rafting.
Personally I might sit on that balcony, or the grounds around the residence ,with a nice glass of rose!

Travel Info;
Self-drive; It is an approx 10 hour drive from the main channel ports.
By rail; the nearest station is at Bourg S Maurice which has a direct Eurostar service in the winter season.
By air; the best airports are Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble and Lyon. All offer car hire facilities as well as bus and train links.
