The chalet was built in 1992 and is on 3 floors. It has large gardens with mature trees and shrubs and on the hillside there are flat terraces all around it.
The main door takes you into a large entrance hall with a tiled floor and two windows to the front which is big enough to be a study or sitting room. There is a similar size room off this with a window to the front which could be the fourth bedroom.
An inner hall has lots of cupboards and stairs up to the living space. Also off the inner hall there is a laundry room with a large sink, a shower room with a hand basin, a separate toilet and a large store room/pantry.

You have a choice for skiing, either a 20 minute drive to St Jean D’Aulps,La Grande Terche in the vast Portes du Soleil in one direction or the smaller ski stations of Bellevaux-La Cheverie or Hirmantaz also 20 minute drive in the other direction.
It’s only a 20 minute drive to Lac Leman and Evian-les-Bains for the beaches and water activities in the summer.
The nearest airport is Geneva and Calais and the other car ferry ports in the north of France are about an 8 hour drive away.
