The Bettex chairlift which runs out of Le Bettaix connects quickly into the rest of the Three Valleys lift system (to Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens, Méribel and Courchevel), and the Bettex blue piste that runs back down into the village is a nice, snow-cannoned piste that is easily manageable at the end of a strenuous day's skiing!

In the summer, the Three Valleys transforms into a playground for summer activities, ranging from mountain biking and walking to white water rafting and kayaking to parapenting and fishing. Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Val Thorens are 6, 8 and 14 minutes away by car respectively.

Le Bettaix is one and a half hours away from Chambery airport and two and a half hours from the major airports of Geneva and Lyon. Grenoble airport is three hours away. In addition, le Bettaix and Les Menuires are 30 minutes away from Moutiers, which is where the Eurostar / TGV from London and Paris stop for the Three Valleys.
