This piece of history still bears many of it's original features making it beautiful to the eye, privately located within grounds and set back from road. The outbuilding's provide potential for additional living space with income. If you wish to live 'the good life' there is plenty of land for animal's and that must have 'pottager'.
Straight away you see the character of this home when entering... a fantastic living area with massive open fireplace and exposed stonework throughout, a grand entrance leading to a wonderful rustic breton kitchen. On the same floor hosts a ground floor bedroom or study plus bathroom with separate toilet.
Via the magnificent granite staricase with rope banister on your right is a large bedroom currently used as a second living room including woodburner with fantastic low feature beams, also a further 3 bedrooms via a passageway.
This house is very romantic!
Forgetting the main house there are adjoining buildings with scope to double your habitable space for income. The location is wonderful and very peaceful. You may find the odd tractor to distract your day during harvesting but the rest of the year complete tranquility. There is a large parcel of land suitable as a paddock.
This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a peace of history with fantastic revenue potential or just simply a lovely family home at a great price! Also benefit's from fuel central heating throughout.

The name of the departments translates as "by the sea" in Breton, and the department's principal town is Saint Brieuc, founded by the Welsh monk Brieuc in 482 AD, with its imposing cathedral. Other towns of interest include Dinan, one of Brittany's finest medieval towns and a major tourist attraction and Guingamp, another town of historic and architectural as well as religious interest. There are many beach resorts and fishing ports. The department boasts six "petites cites de caractère" including Jugon les Lacs, an ancient fortress town surrounded by rivers and lakes.
The department is the least populated department in Brittany and so there is a real feeling of space - if you want to escape the rat race and enjoy the peace and quiet of rural France, the Côtes d'Armor is ideal. There is a great diversity of rural pursuits, lovely beaches with many leisure activities, along with stunning coastlines and dramatic inland landscapes. The coastline is dotted with lighthouses and is characterized by rocky coves and tidal inlets, and inland paths lead to ruined castles, fantastic forests and farm properties built in pink, grey and black stone.
Scattered with beautiful manor houses and chateaux, the department offers some fascinating architecture, with many attractive granite-faced properties. The property for sale is this part of France still represent very good value compared to other regions of the country.
