Large 3 bedroomed house with an impressive drawing room 35 M2. Large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Pretty low maintenance garden to the rear, making this an ideal holiday home or buy to let investment if you chose not to live in it full time. Ideally situated for the airport at Dinard and the ferry port at St Malo.
If this was your holiday home...within minutes of landing at Dinard airport and collecting your case, you could be sipping a Kir in your sunny back garden or enjoying coffee and croissants in lively Dinard or even perhaps strolling along the beautiful beach at St Lunaire.
A set of electric gates provides the entrance to this lovely home.
Bringing you into a small courtyard and from this you find yourself in the large sunny drawing/dining room with its beautiful "Pierre de Bourgogne" flooring.
Leading off a fitted kitchen, laundry room and downstairs WC and access to the upper floors and the pretty garden. On the first floor you will find a large master bedroom 28M2 with ensuite bathroom. There is a second bathroom on this floor which serves the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, all reached by an original oak staircase.
The house is double glazed throughout and has mains drainage.
My properties are in the area between the lovely towns of Lamballe and coastal Dinard, stretching south to Jugon les Lacs and north all along Brittany’s gorgeous Emerald Coast. The area is a mixture of coast and countryside with so much to delight nature lovers. The Hunaudaye Forest with its magical chateau is at the heart of the area and many rivers, including the Arguenon, run through it. This is an area where communities are thriving with good education, plenty of commerce and you can find a job if you want one. Access is via the ferry port at St Malo or the airports of Dinard or Rennes. Alternatively, Roscoff, Brest, Nantes, St Brieuc, Caen and Cherbourg are all within easy distance for flights and ferries.

Brittany's historic capital, 2,000 year-old Rennes, which lies at the confluence of the Ille et Vilaine rivers, is one of the departments four "Art Towns", the others being Fougères, Saint-Malo and Vitré. Rennes has a population of around 220,000 inhabitants and attracts a large mobile population, mainly because of the university and many business that have established in the area.
Whilst the department is the most densely-populated in Brittany, by contrast it has the youngest population, averaging under 37 years of age. Other towns and places of interest include Redon, at the confluence of Brittany's two largest rivers, the Oust and the Vilaine, and Dinard, one of Europe's finest seaside resorts. The coastal towns of Saint Malo and Dinard and the areas inland of the coast are very popular with homebuyers because of the attractive coastline, generally mild climate, great infrastructure and ease of access back to the UK and Northern Europe. From Rennes airport one can fly direct to Exeter, Southampton, Manchester, Edinburgh, Belfast and Dublin, and Dinard airport, although smaller, offers flights to Guernsey and London. St Malo port offers cross channel ferry access to Poole, Portsmouth, Weymouth, Jersey and Guernsey.
It is a department rich in historic and religious monuments, remarkable medieval cities and natural history with numerous museums and theatres. Its' proximity to the coast attracts a large number of tourists to the area, which is good news for those looking to set up a tourist-related business such as chambre d'hôtes or gîtes.
