The property itself is big; there is plenty of room and plenty of potential. On the lowest floor there is a workshop, ski locker and wine storage. Next floor up are some cellars but with potential to convert to habitable space. On this floor there is also a terrace large enough for dining in the summer sunshine. So you are on the ground floor; here there is a 2 bedroom apartment with bathroom and living area which combines kitchenette, lounge and dining area. There is also a balcony giving access to the views. You enter on this floor into a large hall with lots of storage which is next to a second workshop and laundry.

Moving up to the main floor you arrive onto a landing with storage and off this is a really good living area with an open fire and access to a balcony with enjoy the same wonderful views. There is a corner kitchen, separated by a bar, a dining area and also a spacious comfy lounge area by the fire.

Next door are two large bedrooms, one of which could probably make two bedrooms with a little imagination and a large bathroom and separate WC. I think you could probably get a total of 6 bedrooms out of this house with ease.

It is nicely finished in stone and wood and has been well card for as a family home. It is a beautiful location all year round, the scenery changes with the seasons and the summers here are stunning, with wonderful walks and mountain biking. In the winter you are near to St Martin de Belleville and can be at the lifts in about 6 to 8 minutes where there is free parking. At the end of the day you can ski back to the village or enjoy the glorious runs back down to St Martin.
