St Martin de Belleville retains its charm and sense of tradition and remains at heart a small village community. That said it links into the Three Valleys the largest ski area in the world and further up the valley is les Menuires with some of the best skiing in the ski area and further up Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe. The balcony that leads off this area is 12m2 and faces east on one side and south east on the other with views of the ski slope and over the ski lift to the village.

Off the living area are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with full bath and a separate WC. Moving upstairs there is a mezzanine ideal as a storage area perhaps and then to further bedrooms, one double and one twin – currently used for bunk beds. There is also a shower room. With the current sleeping arrangements and pull out sofa beds in the living area it is possible to sleep a total of 12 to 14 people – ideal if you are looking at a rental investment purchase.
