French property in Savoie - A unique 3 bedroom ski in/ ski out chalet with stunning views and instant access to the Les Arcs Paradiski area.

On your return home an easy blue run through the woods or a more challenging red brings you back to the chalet door and the huge sunny terrace, a great spot for après ski gazing across the valley and the sensational views beyond.

The summer brings wild flowers, which surround the chalet, with wild fruit and mushrooms to be found in the nearby woods and is a time for peace and quiet although Arc 1600 has many summer sports, as does Bourg St Maurice; which include archery, horse riding and white water rafting to name but a few.

In winter the chalet is currently accessed by Argo Cat which is a huge adventure in itself. In summer a short drive across the meadow from the road brings you to the chalet or, with ample parking just below in the hamlet, walking is short but steep.

The layout of the chalet is sociable and downstairs there is:
A hallway with fitted ski racks, skiwear drying rail and storage chest. Full shower room with airing cupboard and washing machine. Large sitting / dining room with open fireplace and sliding glass doors to the terrace.
Fully fitted kitchen.

Upstairs there’s a full bathroom with bath. Separate WC plus two double/twin rooms and a family room which currently houses a double and two single beds. Which means the chalet can comfortably sleep 8.

Outside a large terrace surrounds 3 sides of the building. Under the chalet there is a small storage shed and plenty of space for parking the Argo Cat or a skidoo. Happily even for this unique location there is mains water and sewerage and the chalet has electric central heating.

The chalet is situated above a small hamlet which overlooks Bourg-Saint-Maurice, and below Arcs 1600. Bourg-St-Maurice has an International train station making travel here very easy or is about 3hr from most of the major airports such as Geneva or Lyon. Bourg is a proper “all year round” town with a distinctive ski flavor and is surrounded by traditional mountain village with local crafts and a strong gastronomic tradition - at this chalet those who enjoy soaking up the surroundings and have a sense of adventure will be in their element.
