75003 - Quartier des Enfants Rouges – rue de Bretagne – T3 - A few minutes from the Picasso Museum. The apartment is to be completely refurbished. 3rd floor out of 5 of a building built in 1880 with 5 apartments. The building is built on a 83m2 plot located very close to metro line 8 (Filles du Calvaire at 260 m, St Sébastien Froissart at 292m), line 5 and 9 (Oberkampf at 463m). Pierre Jean De Béranger College at 319m. Shops and markets nearby.

3rd District - Especially a residential area, it is the quietest part of the medieval sector of the Marais, and one of the most pleasant districts to live in Paris. A sophisticated village, it contains several open-air markets and squares such as the Carreau du Temple, the Jardin de l'Hôtel Salé (Picasso Museum) or the Saint-Gilles-Grand-Veneur garden. The oldest private house in Paris, built in 1407, is located here, in the rue de Montmorency (its first owner claimed to own the philosopher's stone). The area includes beautiful buildings and several residences such as Hôtel de Montmorency, Hôtel de Marle or Hôtel Albret. From the 17th century onwards, the district was inhabited by the nobility, including Madame de Sévigné, hence the name given to one of its streets. Some streets such as Rue de Bretagne, Rue de Montmorency, Rue Charlot or Rue de Braque are particularly popular. The district was the place where several communities (Auvergne, Jewish, Chinese...) settled over the centuries.
