The central and oldest part of the manor house dates from the XVII century was enlarged in XVIII century by the addition of two wings either side . The work was undertaken in 1743. Many of the rooms inside have beautiful exposed timbers, wood paneling, staircases and fireplaces dating from XVII and XVIII centuries.
The Manor is set around the courtyard overlooking the central gardens flanked on both sides by four original timber outbuildings which are listed buildings.
