Just 500m to the centre of Saint Front la Riviere, this house is situated on a hill, so despite the house being on one level, you benefit from wonderful views of the Dronne River from the dining room balcony.

There is off road parking, and you enter into the house from the rear, into the hallway. To the left you have the first DOUBLE BEDROOM (9m²) and then the KITCHEN (11m²) which looks onto the front of the property through the large window.
