This lovely three storey house with its pretty sky blue shutters has been renovated over the past few years including new windows and heating, and now provides a comfortable year round holiday home by the sea which is ready to move into, you just need to unpack your cases.
When you enter the house you are in the lovely dining kitchen with its professionally fitted traditional style kitchen units with easy to access drawers and tall larder cupboard providing ample storage, plus an integrated fridge/freezer and induction hob. There is also a corner storage area for essentials like vacuum and ironing board. The downstairs also has a shower room/WC.
On the first floor you will find the charming lounge/guest bedroom. The lovey sunny room is bathed in light coming through the tall arched south facing window. There is a huge old exposed beam straddling the ceiling. This room has a large 3 seater sofa which converts easily into a very large bed for guests.
The second floor has been completely renovated to provide a good sized bedroom with exposed beam, which takes a king size bed, plus a bright and airy ensuite shower room with electric Velux a large basin and WC. There is also a storage cupboard with shelving which houses the hot water tank which has a timer fitted.
There is parking all around the village including in the centre, plus we have a brand new car park just behind the church which is very close to the house.
Pomérols has good transport links with regular buses to Marseillan, Agde with is TGV station, Pezenas, Beziers and Meze. From Marseillan there are buses to the beach and Sete, plus there is also a bus from Marseillan to the airport which meets all U.K./European flights arriving at Beziers airport, just 14 km away.
The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful with so many wonderful places and sights to visit including Montpellier, Nîmes, Avignon, the Pont du Gard, Perpignan, Carcassonne and of course Spain and the Pyrenees are no more than 2 hours drive away.
