The apartment has been very well arranged and very nicely decorated. It has a habitable floor space of 39m2 ( loi carrez) and a total usable floor space of 48 m2., providing a nice open feel to the living space.The centrepiece is the cosy and welcoming lounge area that opens on to the bacony with beatiful mountain view. We access the parental room from the lounge area. Access to the children's bedroom is from the corridor to the side of the main living area. There is a separate bathroom and separate WC.
In summary the apartment has a fantastic location near some excellent bars, restaurants and shops. It is only 250 m walk from the nearest chair lift however the free shuttle bus has a stop at the corner of the street, only 50 m from the apartment.
