The land is located on a hillside located between the rivers of Oloron and Pau, near Navarrenx, and the well-known in the region hills of Jurançon. The land that faces south-west is at around 200 m altitude and is made of clay and galets on a flysch subsoil. This land had been planted to vines for many centuries but with the problems following phylloxera and the depopulation of the French countryside, the vineyards have all been abandoned. This land has great potential to grow grapes again, and since its first plantation in 2019, Syrah adapted very well. Each year you could make between 1000 and 2000 bottles of wine.

The winery is fully equipped for current and future production needs with a hydraulic press, 4,500 litres of stainless steel vats, numerous wooden barrels, a 1,100litre egg-shaped fermenter, cooling equipment, pumps, crusher destemmer, bottling and corking machine. It is currently located in an air-conditioned room in the dependance, but could be moved elsewhere with relative ease. The SARL company is fully licenced as a négociant and is registered with the Douanes, and both the EARL and SARL have full sets of accounts.

With beautifully renovated parts of the house, the owners managed to preserve the authenticity of the original property. Outside, in front of the house, you will be welcomed by the park with coniferous trees. Behind the house, a terrace area will lead you to the well-maintained vegetable garden, and to the swimming pool, with a pool house and a barbecue area.
