The “Summerhouse”

Barns and Man Caves
In addition to the large barn which is to the side of the gîte there is another freestanding barn on the property which is currently used as a workshop. Perfect for tinkering away out of earshot of any guests.

Grounds
Both the gîte and the main house enjoy secluded outdoor dining areas and the garden of the main house is huge! In addition, just 2 minutes’ walk down the chemin is a large paddock and then further down the road is a small section of woodland. Perfect for keeping your fireplace running.

The house is on a septic tank system, it is double glazed, heated by oil fuelled central heating and fireplace.
In the mezzanine of the workshop on the side of the house, there is a door which would lead back into the upstairs bedroom of the main house. Potential here for an easy extension and creation of another bedroom.
