The property is 2.5 hectares with a stream that runs through the garden and feeds a pond which also has fish. A small stone bridge crosses the stream to the front yard and the longère and building to be finished. There is a "fenced" field (the wooden fence is in poor condition) in front of the house bordered by trees on a path with 300 year old oaks which are noted in the history books of the area. There is another field to the side of the house which is usually mowed for hay. The field at the back of the property is an orchard with several types of apples and plums. The garden of the house is fenced with a cement fence and gate which are in good condition. There is a small stable suitable for a donkey or horse in the field with the pond, it is in need of renovation.

The barn is about 75% renovated, it is mainly the finishing phase that has never been completed, so it needs to be finished. The ground works for the septic tank installation have been done but it needs to be connected.
