This spacious apartment is located on the edge of the village just 250 m from the Aravet telecabine.
It on the 3rd floor having views of the Mickey piste and the surrounding forests. There is no elevator.

It is composed of a large living area and open kitchen which has built-in cupboards and double patio windows that open on to the 10 m2 balcony. There are double bunks in the hallway and a large wc bathroom with space for a washing machine.

The apartment is basic but in good condition and would make a healthy rental with some modernisation.

The Area...

The Area.... The Area... Villeneuve is the central village and indeed the heart of the Serre Chevalier Valley ski domain. It has a choice of lifts to take skiers up the mountain in the morning meaning very little queueing, even in high season.

The village is nicely spread out and has a great variety of sports and activities to do after a days skiing including swimming , go carting, cinema and exciting new luge run in Aravet. There is public transport that connects Villeneuve to the rest of the valley with buses running to the Old Town of Briancon and up to Monetier les Bains where the natural hot springs provide sumptuous relation after a hard day on the mountain.
