The apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably, if using a sofa bed in the lounge. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and bedroom two has bunk beds. Both bedrooms open on to the balcony with view across the mountains. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space. The bathroom has a bath with a shower and heated towel rail. The hallway has a large storage cupboard and separate WC.

From the lounge area two sets of large French doors open out onto the L shaped private balcony (38m2) providing a bright airy feel. The balcony wraps around the apartment and faces East and South/East offering spectacular views of the mountain and the valley below.

Included in the sale is a separate ski locker on the ground floor. This is for the sole use of the owner and is accessed from the front lobby of the building. There is also a spacious garage (17m2 x 3m high) included in the sale. This is located on the ground floor of the building and provides considerable storage space as well as room for a large saloon car.

As an integral part of the massive high altitude Alpe d’Huez ski area Vaujany offers world class skiing. As a fantastic lively summer resort as well as winter there are beautiful lakes within a small driving distance offering a variety of different watersports. The local village of Allemond also has fantastic outdoor swimming facilities.

Vaujany is a very affluent family village and holds the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label for its childcare facilities. It has its own sports complex with a 25m swimming pool and flume, children’s play area, gym and spa with sauna and Jacuzzi. A brand new world class ice rink has also just been completed. The village came second in a vote in ''The Times'' for ''Best Ski Resort in the World'' only being beaten by Whistler, Canada. It has also won ''Best French Ski Resort'' this year as reported in the Easyjet in-flight magazine.
