A long drive runs up to the parking to the side of the main barn. The house consists of the main entrance and hall that opens into the kitchen, to the right is another hall with a door that opens onto the large terrace at the back of the house where there is a lovely view over the valley. From this hall is a separate wc and a door opening into the dining room and sitting room that is a lovely warm cosy room in winter and a nice cool room in the hot summer months.
From the kitchen is a beautiful wooden stair case leading up to the three bedrooms, office and large bathroom that has a shower and a bath.

The gîte is completely independent from the house and has a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with double doors that open onto a large terrace and the swimming pool.

Behind the house is a large barn and the four horse stables. There is also a tack room and an extra barn used for storing the hay and parking the tractor.

There is also a large Sand school ideal for training the horses in all security.

The fields are very well kept and there are different covered areas for the horses to shelter in. There is also a well on the property.

It is hard to give justice to how lovely this property is.. Situated just minutes from a small village that has all amenities, schools, a restaurant, hair dresser and a pharmacy
Toulouse airport is just 1H15 minutes drive .
