In further detail

On accessing the house via a raised veranda you enter the fabulous kitchen/ dining room which has been superbly fitted with a very chic modern kitchen which complements the traditional black and white floor tiles.
There are a range of base units with a large range cooker with open shelves on one wall and to the opposite side there are cupboards arranged giving the impression of a modern dresser. There is space for a very large dining table with further space for washing machine and fridge/freezer.
There are double doors leading out on to a conservatory.

Leading from the kitchen there are half glazed double doors into the bright and airy living room with a small open fireplace and French doors onto the veranda.

Leading off from the living room is a hallway which gives access to a shower room with an enclosed shower cubicle and washbasin.

Further down the corridor you have the first bedroom, which is another light, bright and welcoming room. There is space for a double bed, wardrobes etc and a window to the front of the house.

The second bedroom again is light, bright and airy with space for a double bed and additional furniture. With a window to the front aspect.

The third bedroom is at the back of the house, again having a light, bright and airy feel to it.

There is a separate WC.

There are stairs leading upto the first floor.

On arrival at the top of the stairs there is an attic room directly infront of you. This has been used as an additional bedroom and has some built in cupboards and under eaves storage space which could be converted into an ensuite shower room if you so wished. There is a fabulous view of the open fields at the back of the house.

Going along the hallway there is an area of the attic that is yet to be converted and to the opposite side very good use has been made of the attic space. There is a plumbed in cast iron feature bath with is perfectly in character with the house, together with his and her washbasins together with a toilet. This room has to be finished but once finished it will be fabulous. There is an additonal area beyond this bathroom which houses all the pipes etc and there is further space to make a storage area for the bathroom.

There is a further room which has been used as a further bedroom with wooden flooring and a view to the front aspect of the house.

There is a conservatory which is in need of some updating however it is perfectly functional and is a super complementary space. From the conservatory you can access the cellar which is currently divided into two smaller rooms one of which houses a well and the central heating boiler.

The second cellar is toward the front of the house and was originally used as a wine cellar and there are old stone stairs with access leading upto the kitchen.

To the outside there is a superb long garden with fruit trees, apples, plums, pears and a fig tree.
At the bottom of the garden you will find an outbuilding which is an ideal store for your wood and an enclosed store which would be perfect for chickens or your garden storage.

In summary this is a lovely house which would make an ideal family home or alternatively a super holiday home.
