You enter from the street into a large open plan space with a kitchen. This room has a large window on the street side. From here stairs lead to the first floor landing, a room that could be a bedroom or living room, and a bathroom with shower.

From the first floor there is an oak staircase to the second floor and its two bedrooms. These rooms are lovely and light filled. The room towards the back has sky light and houses the hot water balloon.

The house is a little gem in the rough that would be really cute with some sprucing up as well as some exterior and interior paint. The shutters would be amazing in a deep red colour. The floor on the ground floor will need replacing as there is water damage from an old leak in the shower above on the first floor.

There is no real exterior space but you can either put a couple of chairs outside or wander down towards the river walks outside of town. Bellac is a little pearl in this lovely part of the Limousin and coming right back into its own, getting ready for summer. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants with outside seating and a weekly produce market.

Remember, you can change the house but not the location, and this one is all about the location!
