From the garage you can access the villa either by an external staircase, or with your own private funicular that with a push of a button takes you down to the villa (with an incredible view!).

On swimming pool level you have a large cosy combined living room and dining room, and a large equipped American kitchen fitted with high quality furniture and kitchen appliances, with large glass doors out to the terrace so you can really enjoy that incredible view. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms - one of them the master bedroom with direct access to the terrace - three bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi and sea view), and a dressing room. There is also an independent apartment next to the garage with two rooms (1 bedroom), with a shower room and a laundry room.

The village of Èze is located a short drive away and offers many amenities such as a Casino grocery store, a bakery, a petrol station, a tobacco shop, and several excellent restaurants including the Michelin starred Chèvre d'Or in a five star luxury hotel in the old village . You can be at Nice airport in just 25 minutes, in Monaco in 10 minutes, and in just 30 minutes you can cross the border to Italy. In Èze you are surrounded by other great towns such as Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, La Turbie and Cap d'Ail, where you can find more excellent restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques, a vibrant nightlife, and also some fabulous sandy beaches. And in the winter in just 1,5 hour you can be up in the mountains skiing...

There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the house.
