The front door leads directly into the living-dining room with wood-burner. To the right is the full length kitchen which opens onto a corridor serving a shower room and a toilet. On the left, you access the cellar via a door. At the end of the room on the left, you go up 3 steps that lead you to a first bedroom located on a half-landing; through a door you go up a large staircase that leads you to a large bedroom on the 1st floor and an adjoining attic.

Outside, in front of the house a small garden opens onto the private courtyard, where you have a double garage and/or storage space. At the back of this building, a gate brings you into a large garden of 950m2, potentially a vegetable garden, a future orchard or a space where you can add a pool and garden house.

From the courtyard, a private path takes you directly to the river bank where you can fish if you have a fishing permit or go boating or kayaking.

Ciron is located in a regional nature park renowned for its wildlife and outdoor activities on the park's more than 4000 lakes. With weekend cycling, hiking, canoeing, paddle boarding, local swimming lakes and wildlife observatories, a year-round program of sporting and natural activities is available. Local specialties include goat cheese from Pouligny-Saint-Pierre, lentils from Berry, Valençay wines and delicious local honey.

Transportation links are very good, the A20 is 20 minutes away by car, TGV line either to Paris to the north and Limoges to the south from Argenton-sur-Creuse (25 mn). Local and international flights available from Limoges, Tours and Poitiers airports.
