This lovely property is located right beside the Luc Alphand ski piste in the heart of the Serre Chevalier Ski Area at approximately 1800 m altitude. It has stunning views of the valley below and the Col du Granon on the other side of the valley.

The property has been rebuilt and decorated throughout and is now a fully habitable property at any time of the year. As a ski chalet it is perfectly situated right beside the BRIAINCE green piste as well and is just 200 m below the Serre Ratier plateau where there are several restaurants and a hotel.

We enter the property through the boot room where we also access the laundry, tool room and wood store. Through to the dining room / kitchen which has exposed stone work and wooden beams throughout. The kitchen operates on bottled gas, but the whole chalet has electrics and internet. There is a wood burner on each floor though the downstairs fire heats the chalet sufficiently. To the rear of the kitchen is a wine store and the toilet and shower are also on this level.

Upstairs is a cosy lounge surrounding the fire, and access to the balcony that over looks the valley. There is a large double bedroom on this level. A staircase leads to the further 2 bedrooms in the eaves, one single and one double.

This is an exceptional property, the likes of which rarely come on the market.
