The house has recently undergone huge improvements to make it very sustainable utilising renewable energy. The heating system is operated through a heat source pump, with separate controls for the ground floor apartment and the first floor accommodation. Hot water is produced via a new energy saving tank using photovoltaic panels. Solar panels also produce electricity for the house using the MyLight System, with excess energy being resold. There is double glazing throughout , and high levels of insulation in the walls, ceiling, roof and basement.

Surrounding the house is nearly one hectare of flat land, partly constructible, ideal for a swimming pool or some animals.

Double electric gates open onto a large gravelled parking area to the front of the house. Stairs lead up to a large balcony, which has a sun blind, and the main entrance.

Accommodation comprises:

FIRST FLOOR
