These 2 character houses with great potential are situated in a quiet lane close to the centre of the village of Angé, between Montrichard and St Aignan sur Cher.
The village has a post office and a little bar/restaurant and wine producers! The popular tourist destinations of St Aignan and Montrichard are 12km and 6km respectively – here there are large supermarkets and shops, bars and restaurants, and mainline rail services.

The two houses face each other across a sunny courtyard. One house is habitable but does need some updating. The other needs a more work and a kitchen installed, but both have solid walls, each roof is in excellent condition, there is gas central heating (town gas) and the windows are double glazed - all the basics needed are there.
The habitable house has a living room with large sliding doors opening onto the courtyard. Off this area is a newly installed shower room with W.C. Next door is a large kitchen/diner with plenty of windows and light. Upstairs there is a corridor leading to 2 bedrooms.
