The Apartment:

Work on this amazing property was completed recently.... The apartment sits on 2 floors and has been designed and decorated to the highest of standards. The beautifully vaulted ceilings and wooden floors create the cosiest of atmospheres in a residence that is still generously spacious.

The entrance takes us directly in to the kitchen which has tiled floors and an extra wide oven and induction hob. The arched doorway leads through to the connecting hallway that has authentic fitted cupboards before taking us through to the first bedroom. This is currently set up as a spare room with bunk beds and another double bed above our heads, tucked in to the vaulted ceiling.

The large bathroom has a corner bath, toilet and his and hers basins. It has been tiled in bright colours and every attention has been made to detail.

The lounge area has a solid wood floor and the external wall has been pointed to reveal the original stones. The inset arches on the back walls are lit and cables have been hidden for sound speakers.


The Area:
The property is located in a small hamlet on the outskirts of Briancon, the highest town in France. It is perched above the town and is only 200 m from the ski piste that runs down to the Prorel telecabine.
It is just a few minutes from the town centre with all the usual ameneties at hand.
The Serre Chevalier ski domain has over 250 km of pistes and lies right on the boundary of the Ecrins National Park. It enjoys a very high tree line that make for greater visibility in snowy conditions and also provide excellent off piste terrain.
Briancon town and Serre Chevalier are easily accessible via Turin and Grenoble airports as well as rail links direct to the town and the TGV link to Oulx in neighbouring Italy.
The “Old Town” of Briancon has recently been added to the UNESCO world heritage list, making it one of the few ski destinations in the world that have historic and cultural significance.
