Entering the hotel through the main door you arrive at a bright and welcoming reception area with seating. A corridor leads to the staircase, office, WC, laundry room and down stairs bedrooms. The restaurant and bar can be entered from the reception area or through an entrance on the terrace from the main road. The restaurant has indoor seating for 34 and outdoor seating for 24. A well equipped professional kitchen lies behind the bar with an entrance into the restaurant and second exit leading to the outside.
The hotel has three bedrooms on the ground floor, six bedrooms on the 1st floor and three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has a different theme and color scheme.
Ten rooms have sea views, eight of them are double rooms, two triple rooms and two quadruple rooms.
Two rooms have terraces and one a balcony.
Each room has air-conditioning and ensuite with majority of the bathrooms being refurbished recently.
On the ground floor there is a staircase leading down to a private 3 bedroom apartment, with an open plan lounge and kitchen. Separate WC, bathroom and a private terrace. There is also a separate entrance to the apartment from the side of the building.
In the basement there is a large cave and a laundry room with a 15 Kilo washing machine and separate dryer, two x 9 kilo water heater and a water purifier.
A private path for the hotel guests and local residents leads to a secluded sandy beach surrounded by small creaks.
There is private parking on site with security cameras.
