You enter the property into a via the entrance hall. You can go through to the large kitchen (23.9m2) with newly fitted units and integrated appliances which opens into a Dining Area (16.4m2). To the rear is the Utility room and a handy door out to the carport.
The bi-fold doors slide back to allow you to appreciate the wonderful viewings from the dining area. Just outside is an under cover terrace which stretches out the length of the rear of the property.
