In summertime the hotel-restaurant receives mainly tourists, but in the winter season the hotel is quite well occupied by and tourists and commercial clients. The restaurant is well known and regularly booked for family and group dinners. The café/bar activity is an activity to develop.

In deliberation with the municipal council an extension of the terrace is in progress. The activity could be continued as is, but the selling price leaves room to do refreshment works or complete adaptation to your style and preferences.

The village counts about 200 habitants, is situated in a beautiful mountainous area, not far from the bigger town Die and breaths the ancient French live.
