There are also mobile shops that visit on different days selling various fresh produce such as vegetables, meats, seafood etc. Within 5 minutes’ drive you will find an abundance of restaurants to choose from in various pretty little villages. There are plenty of options for exploring the area, including visiting Carcassonne, historic castles, the Mediterranean beaches, barging on the Canal du Midi, enjoying a picnic on the banks of one of the lakes or rivers, and in winter, skiing in the Pyrenees, only 90 minutes away. The nearest city is Narbonne at 22km. Then you have Béziers 35km, Carcassonne 45km, Perpignan 85km, and their airports. The coast is 38km, and Spain 114km.
