This three-house complex is set in the heart of a thriving village but is discretely positioned and private so there are all the advantages and amenities of village life with all the peace and quiet you would expect on vacation. Currently being run as a successful Gite business, the owners live in the ‘middle house’ – with the two guesthouses on either side. Each property is completely independent with their own private entrances with guests sharing the pool and the out door space.
The three stone built houses each has two bedrooms and have been completely restored to exacting standards. They are in immaculate condition - with wood burning stoves and beautiful finishes to kitchens and bathrooms. The swimming pool was installed in 2017 and is securely fenced with a large sundeck. There is a solar powered shower next to the pool. On a gentle incline, is a large south-facing landscaped garden that is completely fenced and ideal for children and dogs.
Both Gites are perfect for families and ideal for two families wanting to holiday together with their own private accommodation.
However, they could equally be used as holiday home or as an extended family home. It is highly flexible in this regard.
This business is popular and the owners have a successful and proven track record of success.

Each of the three properties comprises two bedrooms but all have their own unique configuration and identity (see individual floor plans). All have been restored with the same fine attention to detail and quality finishes. The Gite complex is set well away from the village road and has a private driveway and off road parking.

Main Property/Owner’s residence (Floor plan Key: Orange):
This house has a charming courtyard (5.5 m2) with out door kitchen and terraced entrance leading to a fully equipped kitchen diner (11.4 m2). There is a living room (20.8 m2) with a large wood burning fireplace and a central hallway (10.8 m2) with WC (2.9 m2).
There is a mezzanine level first bedroom above the hallway (11.1 m2). From the hallway is the master bedroom (25 m2) with en suite shower room (3.1 m2). This bedroom also has a mezzanine level (11.2 m2), which is currently used as a study but could be reconfigured. It also has a large storage space/cupboard (2.7 m2).
