The hotel has two hotel bedrooms on the ground floor - one of which is for guests with reduced mobility. On the first floor, there are 16 hotel bedrooms. The current owners also have planning permission to build on the land as long as the constructions are related to tourism, such as an annex to the hotel or holiday chalets.
Behind the hotel is a stone outbuilding, which could be renovated and used for the business or converted into private accommodation for the owners.
THE LOCAL AREA
The hotel is located on the outskirts of a charming village just 10km south of the picturesque medieval town of Oloron-Ste-Marie. The riverside town has excellent amenities, including a great choice of schools, a hypermarket and a weekly farmers' market.
The nearest ski resort at La-Pierre-St-Martin is 36km away. Hotel guests are also perfectly situated for day trips to Pau (42km), Lourdes (60km), Biarritz (125km) and other Atlantic beach resorts for surfing, swimming and sunbathing!
