House in Maury , Pyrénées-Orientales , Languedoc Roussillon

Maury is well known for it murals painted all around the town by a famous local artist. They adorn the walls of the restaurants, wine caves and local homes. This house is lucky to posses one. It is only a few minutes walk to get to most amenities.
The house is entered (as many are ) by the garage, where there is a cloakroom, and at the back of the house a large (family?) bedroom with built in wardrobes. All the floors have been tiled.
On the floor above there is a living room (with pellet fired heater) and an open plan kitchen area, a room which can be a bedroom or storage room (pantry) and a bedroom next to which is a nicely tiled shower room with toilet.
The thing that makes this house more interesting than most is the huge attic which if fitted with velux windows could easily furnish 3 large bedrooms and another bathroom, for a modest cost.
