This is an attractive terraced house with approximately 210m² of living space. It is in need of updating in some parts but the work that has been done so far appears to have been done to a high standard with quality fixture and fittings.

The house is in the village of Mialet which is the heart of rural France in the North of the Dordogne. Currently it has a bar, restaurant, excellent butchers, doctors, paper-shop, an infant school, a post office and a hair dressers. There are lots of swimming and fishing lakes closeby.
The closest Airport to Miallet is Limoges which is approximately 45km away.
